Mitch Ellner, CEO & Chief Advisor

 
Mitch is Managing Partner and Founder of CNC,Inc. Mitch attended Lesley University where he received a BA in Organizational Behavioral Management. He has both corporate and consulting experience working with companies to maximize their productivity and performance. He understands business… Financially, Operationally and through the utilization of Human Capital. He has seen the results of overcomplicating and has devoted his efforts towards streamlining business process and procedure through basics that we all can relate to. He is the co-creator of S3, CNC,Inc's revolutionary tools and proprietary process for enabling strategic alignment. In addition, he is an author of two anecdotal books.  The first is Entremaneur © - Business Simplicity about simplified strategic solutions and the other is a fun fictional read on families and communication, known as Family Manure.   Mitch is a true people person. An advocate of communication, and a believer in direct and sincere consultation he is both a leader and partner for your business.  
   

Diane Gallo, Vice President Alliances & Communications

 
Diane brings years of business experience in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM). She has worked in start-up organizations and in Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including: financial services, retail, healthcare, hardware, software, and executive development. She is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin's School of Business and has her master's in Human Capital Management from Houston Baptist University. She brings a people focused approach to the integration of CNC's proprietary offerings and their implementation. She assists clients in using the Strategic Alignment Questionnaire and Strategic Alignment Scorecard as drivers in managing people supporting the execution of a company's vision. Diane lives in Del Mar, CA, where she is active in animal rescue and charitable fundraising.
